Common Food Allergens

The problem with having this type of allergy is that the people are not allowed to eat it in any form. Other foods to stay away from include Arachis oil (also well-known as peanut oil), Chinese, Mexican, Vietnamese, African, Thai, and Indonesia food dishes, and food that may be sold through ice cream shops or bakeries, sunflower seeds, and any appliances that may have come into contact with it.
